Lots of sport takes place at our school. We take part in swimming, football, gymnastics,dance, cricket , tennis, hockey, tag rugby, tri-golf, cycling and many more. We have lunchtime and after school Football, Gymnastics & Dance clubs and a running club
Children also have many musical opportunities:Tuition by Music Teachers from Dudley Performing Arts(DPA)takes place for whole class guitars (class 4)and voicecoaching (class 5,3,1),we also facilitate DPA private lessons for keyboard & piano, guitar, voice and violin.
Class 2 learn recorder and Reception class have the opportunity to take part in percussion and singing with a Dudley Performing Arts teacher each week and participate in the Early Years Music Festival each year.
Children in Key stage 2 also take part in French lessons, even though it is taught informally at Foundation stage and Key Stage 1, too.
All the Primary Schools in Halesowen work closely together for the benefit of children in Halesowen, and we have very good relationships with local Secondary school; Earls High, Windsor and Leasowes where most of our children transfer to.
